Product Description
The disc filter operates by water flowing through the filter inlet into the filter interior, passing through the filter discs. Under spring force and hydraulic pressure, the discs are tightly compressed together, with impurity particles being trapped at the disc intersection points. The filtered water flows out through the filter's main channel. When a certain pressure differential is reached, or within a set time period, the system automatically enters backwash mode. The controller changes the water flow direction, with backwash water entering through four nozzle channels. When backwashing is complete, the water flow direction changes again, the discs are recompressed, and the system returns to filtration mode.
